Title: Chiropractic Care: Unlocking Health Benefits Beyond the Spine

Chiropractic care is often associated with treating neck and back pain, but its
benefits extend beyond the spine alone. When a chiropractor focuses on the nervous
system, we can improve communication between the brain and body. This can lead to
enhanced overall wellness, including better digestion, improved immune function,
reduced stress, and increased energy. By addressing misalignments and promoting
proper nerve function, chiropractic care supports the body’s natural ability to heal,
optimize performance, and maintain balance.

Fish Fry will be served Wednesday, February 14th from 12:00 noon to 6:30 pm.  Our Fish Fry dinner includes: Fried Fish, French Fries, Mac ‘n Cheese, cookies and bottled water.  The price will be $10 per person, $5 for children ages 6-12. Kids 5 years and under are Free.  (Free Kids meals do not include fish.) The location is St Edward the Confessor Church, 569 Clifton Park Center Rd, Clifton Park, NY 12065.  Take-out is available. On June 27th, the Knights of St. Edward’s parish prepared dinner for families at the Ronald Mc Donald house in Albany.  This is the tenth year that the Knights have prepared such a dinner at the House. The full dinner consisted of baked turkey with dressing and gravy,  potatoes, green beans, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. The Knights participating were Marty Heilmann, Nick Papa, Ken Speanburg, Dave Paradis, Gary DeNovio, and myself.  Tom Halabuda

The Knights of Columbus at St. Edward the Confessor located at 569 Clifton Park Center Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065 are holding their annual Breakfast with St. Nicholas on Sunday, Dec. 4th, from 8 am – 1 pm to benefit charitable organizations in the local community. OUR HOUSE is a ministry at St. Edwards.  It is a rewarding mission that enhances the lives of people, young and old, that live with physical, emotional, or social challenges.

Tickets can be purchased after the weekend Masses, or at the door.  Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12, and children under 6 are FREE.
